Dana Lee Stoner

Dana Lee Stoner’s nature photography has been exhibited in several galleries, in both Colorado and SW Florida. Previously working in the diagnostic imaging field, photography was an easy transition technically. Yet, imaging the intriguing facets of our environment has proven to be an endless source of joy to her. She believes nature, whether bears, bobcats, wild horses, mountains, sunrises and storms, sends an invitation. It draws us to life, to feel….more. So, Dana attempts to “bottle up” that invite, as much as possible, with photography. She desires to share the gentle moments between a mama bear and her cub, the fierceness of a raptor, the delight of a sunrise, and preserve that moment to savor again and again. Much of Dana’s work is from her beloved home state of Colorado, though also from her travels around the United States. Her work is currently displayed in Gallery 113, Colorado Springs and Reserve Our Gallery, Woodland Park, Colorado.
