Register Your Colorado Photography Week Event
Colorado Photography Week is a statewide celebration of photography hosted in Durango, CO. The mission is to bring together photographers, galleries, museums, schools, clubs, nonprofits, businesses, and communities to showcase the many ways photography enriches our lives.
Photo exhibits, activities, workshops, lectures, competitions, demonstrations, open houses, artist receptions, youth activities, or another photography-inspired experience are welcome and encouraged. Colorado Photography Week will help promote your event through our website, social media platforms, and collaboration with local and state organizations.
Complete the registration form below and submit your event for review. Once approved, your event will be published on the Colorado Photography Week website and included in the official festival schedule.

- Your event must take place during Colorado Photography Week and have a clear connection to photography.
- Event listings are subject to review to ensure they are appropriate for the festival.
- The contact information you provide is for administrative purposes only and will not be published on the website.

Colorado Photography Week Event Registration Terms & Disclaimer
By submitting an event for inclusion in Colorado Photography Week, the event organizer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Organizer Responsibility. The event organizer is solely responsible for the planning, organization, management, operation, staffing, promotion, financing, and all expenses associated with the event. Inclusion in Colorado Photography Week does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or other business relationship between the organizer and Colorado Photography Week.
2. Liability. The event organizer assumes full responsibility and liability for their event, including but not limited to participant safety, insurance, permits, licenses, venue agreements, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from their own event. Colorado Photography Week, its directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any registered event.
3. Use of the Colorado Photography Week Name and Logo. Upon approval of an event, organizers may request permission to use the Colorado Photography Week name and logo in connection with promoting their approved event. Any such use is subject to the review and approval of the Colorado Photography Week Events Director and must comply with applicable branding guidelines. Permission to use the name or logo is limited to the approved event only and does not convey any ownership interest, license beyond the approved use, endorsement, sponsorship, or other rights in Colorado Photography Week or its intellectual property.
4. Approval and Continued Participation. Colorado Photography Week reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, suspend, remove, or discontinue the association of any event with Colorado Photography Week at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
5. Final Authority. Any matter, circumstance, or issue not expressly addressed in these terms shall be determined solely by Colorado Photography Week, whose decisions shall be final.
Submission of an event registration constitutes the organizer’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
